I’ve loved and played soccer since I was four years old.  In 2004, I finally got to watch FC Barca on TV, and Messi walked on the pitch, marking the beginning of an era, and that was it for me.  I met part of the team in 2009 here in Dallas, visited Camp Nou in 2019, visited with part of the team in 2022, and again in 2023, I had the pleasure of meeting President Joan Laporta and part of the executive team.   I am honored to be the Penya president and hope to meet you all soon.

Culé since 2001 when went to Barcelona with my girlfriend who I later married.  I fell in love with the culture and the city of Barcelona during this trip and it was sitting on a bench feeding ducks in Parc de la Ciutadella in Barcelona that I knew this was the woman I wanted to spend my life with.  The ethos of FC Barcelona, the history of the club, and the principles of “Mes que un club” and “Tots units fem força” drew me to start supporting the club.  Later the magic of Ronaldinho, Messi, Xavi, Puyol, and Iniesta sealed the bond with the club.

I currently live in Plano  with my wife and two daughters.

My Barca highlights include meeting Pep and Victor Valdes when Barca toured Dallas and watching Messi and Iniesta play Athletic Bilbao at the Camp Nou in 2012

I began following Barcelona when I first saw the video of how Ronaldo scored a gol even though the defender was holding his jersey but somehow Ronaldo was able to break free and have followed Barca ever since.

A little about myself. I was born in Queens, but grew up in Carrollton and now live in Farmers Branch.  I enjoy traveling the world and earlier this year I finally made it Camp Nou.
